I’ve had two positions and both have taught me a lot about myself. They both have brought me challenges to overcome and have succeeded. Now in my current position as billing in the Service Dept., I have learned another part of Olsson Roofing I was not too familiar with and that brought me closer to Olsson Roofing. Caring more about what I do and taking care of our customers when they call asking for help.

Olsson is a company that promotes people from within. We have owners and project managers who started working on the roof.

There are a lot of people who have been here 15, 20 and even 30 years. Our employees get the opportunity to be part of our E.S.O.P. program, so everyone is a shareholder in the company.
