Tom began as an apprentice moving up to a journeyman, foreman, superintendent, divisional manager, and eventually owner.
Tom has expertise in concept development and design implementation and is described by others as a hands on leader while driving creativity and innovation.
Alex Dyche
Project Manager
Alex has been in the low slope roofing construction industry for the last 20 years.
He started with Olsson in 2005 as a project manager and has worked in the New Construction Division (4 years), Reroof Division (6 years) and the Sheet Metal Division (4 years).
He has developed a strong technical knowledge of products and details in both roofing and sheet metal.
He is also experienced with CAD and design.
Mike Leiteritz
Project Manager
Mike has over 20 years of experience in account and project management.
He also has 5 years of experience in architectural sheet metal.
Mike excels in customer relations.
Don Boma
Chief Estimator
Don has over 25 years experience in architectural sheet metal and commercial roofing. He’s experienced in fabrication, installation, project management and estimating architectural metal panel systems. He also has experience with CAD and design.
Marcia Vasquez
Office Administrator
Marcia has 30 years experience in administration with an expertise in purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping and customer service.
Bob Wippo
Lead Installer Supervisor
Bob has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of architectural sheet metal.
He has experience in installation, shop fabrication and layout.
Bob has been a superintendent of sheet metal for over 15 years; 12 of those years with Metal Edge.
Bob is very detail oriented and holds foreman to a high standard.
He excels in planning and organizing equipment, manpower, fabrication of materials, and ensuring that every job is successful and done correctly.
